Coaching Structure & Programme

Personalised 1:1 and Small Group Coaching Sessions

Our junior golf coaching is structured around small, focused groups to ensure every junior gets the individual attention they deserve. With very small group sizes in both High Performance and Ultimate Camps, coaches can closely monitor each player's technique, identify areas for improvement, and deliver feedback that is specific to that individual. No junior is treated as just another face in the crowd at RV Golf Schools.

Up to 12 Hours of Coaching Every Single Week

Our junior golf camps are intensive by design. Each week delivers up to 12 hours of structured coaching time, giving juniors a depth of learning that simply cannot be achieved in a casual or infrequent setting. Those hours are not spent repeating the same drills over and over. They are precisely distributed across different aspects of the game. It ensures that every session builds meaningfully, and juniors can feel their progress.

A Full Spectrum of Golf Skills Covered

From technical swing analysis and short game mastery to putting, course management, and tournament preparation, our summer golf camps cover every dimension of what it takes to become a complete golfer. Coaches do not just fix swings. They teach juniors how to think in the course, how to manage pressure, how to read conditions,s and how to compete with confidence. By the end of the week, players leave with a significantly more rounded and informed understanding of their own game.

On Course Play Across Britain's Finest Golf Courses

Coaching sessions at RV Golf Schools are always reinforced by real on-course experience. Our junior golf camps are set across some of Britain's most prestigious links and parkland courses, giving juniors the opportunity to apply everything they have learned in genuine playing conditions. Playing great courses is not just a reward at the end of the day. It is an essential part of the learning process, teaching juniors how to adapt their game to different environments, layouts, and challenges.

Flexible Programme Length to Suit Every Junior

Whether your child joins us for one week or five, our programmes are designed to deliver maximum value at every stage. Each week is structured as a complete learning experience in its own right, so juniors attending for a single week leave with real progress, and those attending for multiple weeks benefit from a compounding improvement that builds week on week. Every junior, regardless of how long they attend, leaves our summer golf camps with a clearer game, a stronger mindset, and a defined path forward.

A Complete Experience, From Arrival to Farewell

1. Fully Residential and Full Board Throughout

Our junior golf summer camps are designed to be completely hassle-free for both parents and players. Every camp is fully residential and full board, meaning accommodation, all meals, and daily logistics are fully covered from the moment your child arrives to the moment they leave. Parents can drop their child off knowing that every practical detail has been thought through and taken care of, leaving juniors free to focus entirely on their golf and their experience.

2. Airport Transfers Arranged on Both Ends

We understand that many of our junior golfers travel from across the UK and internationally to attend our camps. That is why airport transfers are arranged and included on both arrival and departure days. From the moment your child lands, they are met, looked after, and transported safely to the camp venue. It is one less thing for parents to worry about and one more way RV Golf Schools goes beyond what a standard camp offers.

3. Iconic Venues That Inspire and Challenge

Accommodation at our camps is not an afterthought. Juniors stay at some of Britain's most iconic and inspiring venues, including St Andrews University, Lord Wandsworth College, and Dollar Academy. These are settings that carry weight and history, places that remind young golfers they are part of something special. Waking up in St Andrews as a junior golfer does something to your mindset that no classroom or practice facility can replicate.

4. Daily Coaching at World-Class Facilities

Every day at RV Golf Schools begins with coaching and practice at world-class golf facilities. From Elmwood Golf Course in St Andrews to Wellington College in London, our juniors train in environments that match the ambition of the programme itself. Great facilities do not just improve the quality of practice. They raise the standard young golfers hold themselves to and create an atmosphere where great improvement feels both possible and expected.

5. WAGR Tournament Entry for High Performance Players

For juniors on our High Performance Camp attending weeks 2 and 4, the experience extends to genuine international competition. Players receive direct entry into a WAGR-ranked tournament, placing them on the world amateur golf rankings and giving them competitive exposure that most juniors their age simply do not have access to. This is not a simulated competition or a friendly round. It is real tournament golf with real stakes and real consequences, the kind of experience that shapes serious junior golfers.

Total Immersion That Accelerates Development. As one of Britain's most trusted junior golf schools, we know that the single biggest driver of rapid improvement is total immersion in the sport. When a junior wakes up thinking about golf, spends their day playing and learning golf, eats dinner talking about golf and goes to sleep in a community of peers who share the same passion, something shifts. The progress that might take months in a weekly lesson format happens in days. That is the power of what our summer golf camps deliver and it is why so many of our juniors come back year after year.
